This is one of the softest nicest rugs I have ever purchased. I absolutely love it. It is incredibly soft and wonderful to put your bare feet on. I love the design and the gray looks like the picture on the website. It vacuums up very nicely. I just hope it doesn’t flatten down like most shag rugs. Time will tell. The rug was packaged very well and it was easy to open. We just sat it in place and rolled it open. There is no smell at all. Some of the top and bottom edge will need to relax to lay completely flat. The rug looks a little bit different in color than the picture. However it is because of the deep shag.
