I did a ridiculous amount of research before buying these GreenPan GP5 pans, and I’m happy to say they were worth it. Eggs slide around like they’re on ice, food cooks evenly on my gas stove, and cleanup takes about 10 seconds. The real test? So far this set is great! I didn't realize when I got it that it says it's for low to medium heat and suggests use under 450 degrees.
