It is even better in person. The glass pieces are well made and overall came well packed, no damage. However, like several other light fixtures that I purchased and helped install, the instructions are not the best. I wish they provided more details in a form of step by step, like furniture, instead of condensing the entire installation in one picture. The crystals are also pretty and heavy, it would look even better if they did not have one side flat, but you can’t tell from far. It was for my daughter’s bedroom, it looks beautiful. I ordered this chandelier for my dining room & thought it was lovely, but ended up returning it. The finish is definitely a silver tone; no gold hue whatsoever. While that's noted in the description, some of the pictures gave it a bit of an antique gold tone which is what I was going for. My husband didn't even pull the entire chandelier out of the box because we knew it wouldn't work.
