The colors in this rug are gorgeous and the pile height is perfect. I gave it a 4 because there are a few imperfections. I really wanted a soft thick rug that wasn't shag and landed on this because it was neutral but still has visual interest. The light blue and gold tan can fit into a lot of different styles. -- Lies flat immediately which is nice. (And it's cat approved!) Took 1 star bc it does have a lot of little threads even after vacuuming 2 times.
