We are replacing a Delta pullout wand with a overhanging Grohe. It has yet to be installed by our plumber, but I can attest to the Grohe faucet we have in the bathroom sink. Works like a charm. It's a single handle model. Delta is an excellent product, especially insofar as the warranty is concerned. Customer service sends out parts without charge, and there is no hassle involved. The reason we've switched is simple. The pullout does not pull out with ease. In addition the hose often gets cinched, so as to prevent the flow water. The overhang should not do this. Update. Recently installed. The pull down faucet is. Easy to install to operate. Note that the non-spray function is not aerated. Good to have a deep sink, so as to prevent splashing outside the sink. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. Now that Im redoing the kitchen, I especially looked for their options. Im glad I did, because it looks great. Its a tad shorter than other similar options, which is a good thing for my application. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While waiting for our new sink to arrive, we temporarily installed this faucet, which I forgot to take a picture of. I am so eager to permanently install this new faucet. It's so elegant and perfectly designed. This is such a great quality faucet that is heavy duty. I love the single handle to turn the water on, it's so much better than having two different knobs. I love the pull down head feature, it makes filling larger pots, that can't fit in my sink, on the counter. It's easy to clean, by simply wiping it off. I didn't have any issues with the nozel getting clogged. The water pressure greatly exceeded my previous faucet. I really am shocked at the quality of this elegant hardware.
