The product looks just as pictured after setup and my daughter loves it! I personally did not do any installation, that was 100 my husband, he was able to complete by himself in 2 full afternoons working from lunch until after dinner. So if you can figure out that puzzle with the bazillion pieces it came in that the project wasn’t so bad! The playset is sturdy and smells lovely with the fresh wood. Ordering this bed has been a mess. It came with numerous, unneeded parts (Twice as many slats than you need that you put under the mattress, random wood pieces that don’t even go with this product, 2x to 3x extra pieces than are required for assembly, etc.) It also did not ship with the ladder rungs. When I contacted costumer support, they said they’d ship me extra ladder rungs, but instead shipped me an entirely new bed. When I told them to remove the extra shipped bed and just send me the ladder rungs, it took me personally reaching out to fedex to actually get it removed, because Wayfair putting that call in did not work..
