I’ve only had this mattress for a short time, but so far I’m pleasant. It’s not too soft and not too firm — the balance feels just right. Have slept well on it. It is comfortable. It’s firm but not too firm. I don’t like that the corners sink if sitting on the edge. I wish it had a more sturdy edge. I do not think the mattress expanded all the way to the 12” it is supposed to. I would prefer a more firm memory foam top instead of the pillow top it has. It was delivered 2 days early. Queen size. It was heavy but I was able to drag it out of the box--someone else moved it into the home. Instructions said to have mattress with zipper side down, I didn't see any zipper. However, the back does have a silver surface so be sure to have that side on flat surface. I did not wait 72hrs but by the evening it was inflated enough for sleep. The edges are softer than center. When exiting you can feel more of the memory foam softness. The center is a medium firm, leaning toward firm IMO. I wish it were the opposite and the edges had more firmness. Overall good bed. Frame is from wayfair as well.. Quinette. Philadelphia. Love this mattress! It is heavy! But there are 2 handles each, on each side of the mattress to make for an easy lift with another person! It is true to size in thickness! We had to get deep pocket sheets because our regular ones kept coming off. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it is a little softer than I like. I wish it was a bit more firm. Indeed this collection is very expensive , but I decided to use it to save the very ordinary and boring cabinet pre-build by my builder . It turned out really nice, upgraded the total look of my master bath to another level and make it more elegant and unique . Especially I love the idea to use the 8 “ & 12 “ size as the towel rack .
