I have had no luck with appliances lately and even though the price was the same for this particular unit everywhere I looked, nobody else offered more than 3 years of warranty. I just got the microwave so this is not yet a long term purchase. However it arrived packed well and easy to put on the counter. It was, however, heavy so my sister helped me.
