I recently purchased the LG Probake Convection, Air Fry, InstaView Selfclean, EasyClean and Snart, Stainless, Freestanding Electric Range, and it’s been a great upgrade. The InstaView is one of my favourite features being able to check on food without opening the oven is perfect for baking and helps keep the temperature steady. The ProBake Convection cooks faster and more evenly, which I noticed right away. I enjoy cooking with the cooktop. It’s heats up quickly, and distributes heat well, and the smooth glass surface is easy to clean. The different element size are really practical depending on what you are cooking. The built in Air Fry is a nice bonus, and I like that it alerts you if the oven door is left open. Small details, but really helpful. My family appreciates the Wifi connectivity. Being able to preheat the oven remotely through the app is a level of convenience I didn’t realize I needed until now. It helps, especially on busy days. This cutting board is exactly what I needed with the titanium on the other side so I can cut my meat and chicken and fish and it doesn’t stain the cutting board. You can see some of the cuts from the knife, but it’s not too bad. I don’t recommend putting the cutting board too close to the stove or putting anything on top of it when it comes out of the stove, cause it can melt the plastic around it. I also suggest when you’re done using the wood side, you wash it with light soapy water dry it and put a little bit of olive oil that will keep it looking brand new. This is a beautiful item.. This cutting board is different than others I’ve had. It has a different surface on each side and is antibacterial. So far, no scratches from me cutting up many items. This is my first ever stove top purchase because the ones I've gotten when I've bought a house have been durable. I don't do a lot of cooking so I can't speak to how well it does when cooking x number of meals a day, week, month etc but I can say that I love this stove. I do not cook nearly as much as I did when my husband was alive as a lot of food goes to waste. Things to file under "silly" - If I turn the stove on, chances are I'm in the kitchen so not sure why I "need" the notification on my phone that the stove has come up to temperature.. Stopbuggingme. Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off.
