Works really well and and very easy to assemble. My tv already had some bolts so I just compared them to the ones that came with the mount to know which were the right size and used the washers and spacers to assemble it. The instructions could be confusing if you have never mounted a tv before but a quick Youtube video can probably help with that. With the exception of one assembly step, this was a straightforward one strong person unpacking and assembly. At one point they want you to have the base stood up on its side so that the pillars can be slid through the holes in the bale. I made a support of the shipping boxes to support the then horizontal heavy pillars parallel to the floor while I attached them. ALSO: do the later steps that require you to work at the bottom while the stand is already on its side. The motor runs smoothly but I haven't attached tho 100" screen to it yet—I don't expect that will be a problem.
