Designed as a direct replacement for traditional cans and reflector lamps, SATCO NUVO's LED QuickTrim Downlights are the easiest solution to upgrade downlighting on the market. The adjustable neck adapts to a variety of legacy recessed housing depths making retrofitting a breeze. Once existing lamps and trims are removed, simply set the CCT switch to the desired color temperature, screw the base in just like you would a lamp, and push up on the trim until it's flush with the ceiling. Horizon 6.5" 3000K LED Downlight with Polycarbonate White Diffuser in White Finish. This commercial grade downlight is ideal for new construction when specified with a 4" x 2 1/8" square or octagonal J box. It is also conveniently UL Listed for wet conditions only indoor wet locations such as above a shower. For exterior they would need to be installed in damp location such as a covered porch, soffit, etc.. A place where the fixtures would not receive direct saturation.

Honestly I haven’t had the chance to install this yet but I have several friends that have used these before and it didn’t seem to be difficult.
