Overall good deal that improves the quality of life for my disabled father in-law. It’s easy to assemble and use. I would have given it a 5 star review, but I think that the design could be improved. It would be advantageous to have a hands free breaking system. The current design requires you to manually set the brakes on all four caster wheels. As you could imagine this could be difficult when utilizing the chair in a tight space like the bathroom. The latch to secure the seat could also be improved in my opinion. It may benefit from a spring loaded latch/hook system. Spring-loaded latch hooks automatically close and secure items without requiring manual locking steps.
