These are heavy duty cast iron pots and pan. I’ve made some great food in these. The crock pots work better than my electric crock pot! I think this is the most beautiful dutch oven, and I get questions from guests about it all the time! It cooks things perfectly, and I've had great success making sourdough bread in it too. I've found the light color can get smudges baked on when you put it in a high-heat oven, but they came off really easily with a magic eraser sponge.
