This is a sturdy and well built stand. I got it for my Timneh and my Congo Grey parrots. It was delivered less than 24 hours after ordering. The tray was damaged but I used pliers to “fix” it. We bought this addition for our ferrets house HOPING it was the right one to fit. It fit like a glove. Our ONLY complaint is that the front panel had the brackets (to attach it to our existing cage) welded on the top, so we had to install it upside down to make it work. The door swings on the left, not the right, which is backwards, but it works. We just turned the latching hardware around to make it lock "right". Thankfully we are handy enough to figure that out.. Our Eclectus parrot likes the space: even the bump out for the Victorian flourish top. He quickly explored the inside and outside of the cage, treats and water from the new bowls and perch, and enjoyed sittling like a king on the perch stretched in the Victorian top opening. The color is a dark gray. The front door lock could be sturdier. We like accessing the bowls as they swing from the inside to the outside of the cage. received this cage in perfect condition but..... not same as picture from Wayfair, a &e site or any site. instead of having round wire on top dome part, it was flat square. and not all smooth. I was scared for my quaker parrot s feet . also missing parts and the caster wheels were all plastic instead of metal. the space of wiring was bigger than the specifications. cage different than advertised. a&e confirmed that I received the right cage model but all the advertisement are with the wrong picture. so with all that I decided to return for full refund . very disappointed and it s very inconvenient.Wayfair are always a big help though. through all that they are always supportive. excellent customer service. special thank you to Jocelyne (supervisor). My two kitties love their new space! We have two 9 months old kitties that we rescued when they were 3 12 weeks old. They are indoor cats but we wanted to give them a safe sanctuary when are not home. I put the structure together myself and it probably would have gone quicker if I had help but I took my time and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The wood is strong enough for indoor but I don’t think it would last long outside in the elements. I didn’t use the roofing material that came with it since I have it inside the house. I added mesh wiring instead. The enclosure is 3 sided and backs up to the wall which works perfectly fine in our case as it gives us access to open and close our windows and shutters.. Arb65. Ca-usa. Overall it’s a decent cage. It’s attractive, and I believe my Senegal Parrot (Zazoo) will enjoy it. We are moving to a new house in a different city and hour away. I currently have a high end powder coat cage that has much thicker bars and overall heavier construction. Zazoo turns 25 this year, and we wanted a more affordable cage incase he is near the end of his lifespan. We hope he’ll like his new home. The cage was well-packed and the only damage was to one of the sliding pans. It was dented and chipped, but I’m not concerned. The directions were okay, but I had to look at a photo of the cage for installation of the cage locks. It ended up being very easy. I think for the price, the cage is worth it.. Mark Wilson.
