I like the efficiency and endless supply of hot water. Like other hot water products the only negative is waiting for the water line to clear of cold water to clear before getting hot water. This happens for any system unless a homeowner adds a recirculation pump with a timer etc. Those additions with the extra cost are to me not worth it. Im so happy with this tile. It looks amazing. I used a charcoal grey grout and laid in a diamond pattern. So sophisticated. The shipping was excellent with plenty of updates, although they did not follow my instructions to place it under my carport. I ordered 230 sq ft and it arrived on a pallet with only maybe one tile chipped. The finished job is smooth and even despite it being a natural stone with plenty of variation. I would caution the installer to be careful with the tile.
