The item was initially backordered and I was worried I would not receive it at all because when I ordered it the price was so low. However, it finally ship. When it arrived one of the boxes was damaged and one of the posts in that box had a dent in it. Another box had a hole in it and some of the screws needed must have fell out. I reached out to the vendor through Wayfair. At first, they wanted to give me a credit which would do me no good. It looks like it will be a couple of weeks to receive the parts. Will update the review if I can once I have it all put together. It is finally finished and looks great. It took awhile to get the damaged/missing parts but the vendor did come through. It is nice to be able to use the controls to open and close the roof. It would be nice to be able to do the same for the side screens. Sadly, you can only use the controls to open and close them.. So far so good! Purchased to keep snow off 21ft pontoon. Not quite long enough to keep it all hidden but will add an enclosed extended end and add siding to the rest of the walls. No snow as of yet, but held up well during day long wind storm, it is parked between 2 seacans that are 24' apart. Wind made it move a bit but probably not as much if it had been out in the open. I needed this carport to use as an outdoor workspace for upcoming renovations. Its the next best thing to a garage. I do recommend installing the roof canopy after the roof frame has been assembled. Assembling the roof canopy after the frame was fully erected proved to be cumbersome. Highly recommend using a four-step ladder or 6 ft ladder. I was able to assemble alone.
