I was most concerned about a broken pot arriving by freight and it turned out to be packed in an insulation foam that surrounded the product and totally protected it. I take care of entryway planters at our little church. The ones I have had there for six years had come apart and were leaking at the bottom. While I have not yet brought this to Church or put potting mix in or planted it yet still chilly at night in Minnesota, looking at the construction of this one I am very highly satisfied.
