easy to put together for the most part. the rails on the bottom are not secured. it comes with zip ties and they don't hold them in place. they flip to the side when in the pool which makes the steps lopsided until you flip it back out. definitely a design flaw. other than that they work, the steps themselves are sturdy.. Hello, I Purchased this item, and it arrived in a plain brown box with a shipping address to me from Wayfair? there was no information of what was inside. the box was all beat up it arrived about April 15th as planned but I waited for the weekend when I had time to open it. Inside was a bag with a pool inside no instructions only a patch kit (yellow) and pool. Had to make sure that it had 4 air chambers without blowing it up. It did (But I wish that it had a picture of the product and instructions or some kind of paper work, to me it is a returned Item put back out there for resale.) I will inflate the pool next month hope there is NO holes in it. very disappointed with the way it was packaged.
