The 12 ft umbrella is exactly what we needed for our pool area to provide some shade. Assembly took about an hour to put it all together. I love that it came with a base, but note that you need a lot of sand to fill the four sandbags that are inside of the base. Love it! It is heavy, as it says it is, and doesn't require filling with sand or water which is nice.
