I chose Polywood for no maintenance, heavyweight, and longevity. I assembled this myself. No issues. Best advice is to not tighten all the screws so you are able to move pieces a little while assembling. Then go through and tighten all when complete. Followed instructions. All hardware included. The shed is very good. It definitely takes two people three would be better to put it together to hold the panels up in place and to get everything where it’s supposed to be and just a word of warning. Make sure that you anchor it to a wall or it will blow over. I had this shed tucked into a corner right up against house. I cannot believe that when got in there, but it blew it over and it was full of yard things it was a mess. I had to pull everything out of the bottom, which is open and anchor it into the wall, so don’t make the mistake like I did and think that just because it’s full, the weight is gonna keep it up in a high wind because it will not. UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER: you must attach this to your house. i did not attach it to my house even though i had it tucked in a small space right up against the house with the chimney to one side. i thought it was secure because the whole thing is also in an enclosed fenced yard and didn't think the wind would get behind it at all. . that being said it blew over one evening when it was TOTALLY FILLED! What a mess. i had to pull everything out of the bottom and get 2x people to stand it up. the back popped open and one of the panels got damaged. all and all it was ok but we now attached it to the house. so don't make my mistake and think all the weight you have in it will keep it from blowing over..it will not. even in an enclosed area.. The set is great. Comfy. Good Looking. Fairly light weight. Seems like the Polywood will be very durable. Easy to put together. Each of the back pieces has 4 holes for screws, 2 on the bottom and 2 midway up. One complaint - one of the back pieces had a production defect. It had holes drilled on the top instead of the bottom. And there is only one way it can sit, so you could not flip it. So this piece only has screws screwed in on the bottom. One of the photos is the defect and one of the photos is correct. A great shed, creative design, step by step instructions. Was very careful in leveling aspect because I knew the alienation depended on it. All in all everything went well till the last two roof panels. Had to catch the top hole positions first to find I had to drill holes for the rest with not being able to fasten the two middle holes on both panels. Patch and silicone the last remaining four middle holes. But it’s a nice size beautiful shed. Will reinforce it inside for here in Puerto Rico we sometimes get stronger storm winds.. Angel Luis.
