I made the mistake of ordering two because the site froze up before I submitted, so I thought I needed to resubmit. Turns out that the initial order did go through, and now all that is left to do is to return the second one that was ordered in error. Be prepared to wait awhile to resolve Wayfair returns. Great quality and love the simple design. I didn't use this on a door that was made for a dummy handle, it was a working handle before. So the bolts didn't work with the hole that was already made in the door but I figured out a way to use a backer to hold it on. It won't be visible from the back so it works.. Susan. IN.
