I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. A few years ago we moved into a 55+ community in central Florida and it came with a wimpy little gas cooktop that by moving my heated pan, I melted one of the knobs. I couldn't take that, so I ordered the Fotile 30" 5-burner cooktop with that magnificent central tri-ring burner for my wok and have absolutely loved it ever since. I really like the placement of the burners and the additional griddle and wok ring. What I want to do now is get a replacement tri-ring burner. The brass rings are just not easy to clean, but if that is the worst thing I could say about this cooktop, then you did an outstanding job! Thank you so very much. The overall quality of the range has been excellent so far. We get compliments about it from all our guests and it really is a statement piece in the center of our kitchen. The only grip I have is that the burners do not turn down enough and the wok burner makes a strange humming sound at any level above 5 when any pan is placed above it. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. The fridge is very sleek and well laid out to maximize the small space. Definitely has a few cons - the drawers feel flimsy. The middle freezer drawer tends to get stuck and we have to lift the other drawers to get it to go back in. Nearly 5 year update... I still LOVE LOVE LOVE this range! The wifi feature allows me to start the oven while on my way home from the grocery store, cook baked potatoes left inside it or preheat from the hammock in the backyard. I don't love the air fry feature, I still use a different one. I bought a newer version of this range than a friend had and recommended and am so glad I did.
