Luxury shower surrounds for the DIY enthusiast in pre-cut kits for common shower wall sizes. These panels are lightweight, easy to carry, cut and fabricate. Cutting can be done with a skilled saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Locktite PowerGrab Ultimate adhesive or Boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility to the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel's outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

Washer works well. It is reasonably quiet and has low vibration levels. Overall capacity is good, especially compared to our previous 20+ year-old washer. This is considered a high-efficiency washer, so you have to get used to the lesser amount of water it uses compared to older machines. The primary negative is the fabric softener dispenser clogs with the softener residue quite frequently. We have to remove and clean the dispenser tray after every 10 loads or so. Wow! I’ve been dying to see these walls for about 5 weeks. They were delivered right after Thanksgiving for our bathroom remodel, and they took up a LOT of garage space since then. The packaging was larger than the 5x8 ft wall size by at least 6” in every direction. There was some damage to the cardboard one one edge, but there was no damage to the product. Unfortunately the delivery drivers placed the package upside down, so I couldn’t even glance at the marble effect. I was afraid to try to flip it to look at it. I was worried that it might look tacky, the way some “marble” products have busy pattern repeats or weird colors (like the “marble” shower base we returned that was “marbled” with purple and brown streaks.). But I did not need to worry! These wall panels are fantastic! The marble effect is very subtle and natural looking. We made sure we had room to store them flat until our contractor could install them, which finally happened today! They have a matte, lightly textured feel that is similar to tile, but no grout lines to scrub!. The crew commented many times how luxe it all looks. My contractor will caulk it on Friday when he installs the new toilet and vanity, and then we can try it out on Sunday! I looked at every possible wall material before settling on these. Worst dryer I have ever owned and the washer that goes with it is even worse than the dryer. Nothing is ever completely dry after the first cycle AND the clothes come out VERY wrinkled. I have to iron every pair of pants that comes out of there (even dry fit comes out wrinkled) and if I didn't refuse to iron T-shirts, those would need be ironed as well. The clothes come out clean and smelling fresh. The machine itself is very quiet… I have probably run about 100 loads on it already and I never hear it. I've had this unit for a year now and can attest to its reliability and performance. My condo has a small laundry closet and this is the only front-loading LG model that would fit. It is quiet and most of my laundry comes out clean and ready for the dryer. I find that the dryer actually works comparably to a vented dryer and it is easier on my clothes. My condo association discourages ventless dryers because of its prior experiences with water damage from leaks into other units which are not as much of an issue with the newer ventless technology. I love that I don't have to worry about pulling the unit out of the closet to periodically clean the dryer vent. My only issue is that sometimes laundry will come out with dry streaks indicating that the wash cycle was somehow not fully soaked the garments, even when stacked in the drum according to the manual.
