Beautiful rug and looks exactly as viewed on the website. The pile height as described on the website is low so that a door can open and close over it. There were two loose threads on the surface of the carpet. I snipped them off and time will tell if more threads will show. The pad recommended with the rug is easy to size, but plastic.
