Took about 2.5 hours to put together. There is a hanging wire under (in the middle) that was lingering but I called and found out it was not important. One of the pieces arrived a bit bent but nothing crazy. The quality seems pretty solid, though we have not turned it up as the weather has been rainy lately. Decently constructed, but not all stainless- there's plastic where they could get away with it. The glass seems like a good idea, but it gets dirty and doesn't clean well or easily. Glad that wasn't a deciding purchase factor. But the grates are good and after 4 years of frequent (2-4x per week) use, the burner shields are still holding up fine. I think it's a nice grill took a bit to assemble, but got it done only to find out that it apparently you can't convert it to natural gas! Before chking out, it has the area showing thing that go along with the purchase. One being a cover and the other being a natural gas conversion kit. Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. This order arrived 4 days after I placed the order. though I tracked the package each day, after I received the ‘order received’ email, I didn’t receive anything else until after I was putting it together, when I received the ‘delivered’ email. Construction was slightly thinner stainless steel, compared to the grill this one is replacing. I opened the box to look for directions and had to remove everything from the box to find the booklet. It should be the last thing placed in the box during packaging. The instruction booklet is poorly written and images, while not great, were adequate. On the box lid was a QR Code to the manufacturers website with a video describing how to put the grill together. Watch it twice and the instruction booklet will make sense. There was plenty of hardware for the unit but I would have preferred to see lock-washers included for most of the screws used to put the cabinet together (‘EE’ screws). I recently purchased the Brand-man 4 Burner propane grill with the 8500 BTU infrared Sear side burner, and I am beyond impressed. From the moment I set it up it was clear this grill was designed with quality and convenience in mind. The cabinet style design not only looks professional but it also provides good storage space for propane tanks and grilling tools keeping everything nice and neat. The 4 main burners heat up quickly which makes it easy to cook a meal for family and friends with no cold spots. The cooking area is spacious enough to handle multiple burgers, steaks, and a full rack of ribs all at once. My favorite feature of this grill is the infrared sear side burner.
