The cream is more of a light grey, but pretty true to the picture! They arrived well packaged and in tact. BUY IT! I was so concerned about buying an appliance which would be delivered by who knows who. I didn't want to spend the $2,000+ the local stores were charging for similar items. I took the chance, so happy I did. I was beyond impressed with the packaging of the beverage fridge. It was easy to unpack even with all the layers of cardboard, wood, metal and Styrofoam. The instructions were clear and repeated so you couldn't miss them (let sit flat for at least 24 hours before plugging in) and it was easy to put the door on. I did it myself as my husband was at work. I slid it into place easily too. It is the exact size it says it is. It cooled down quickly. We use it every day! It's perfect. The grill seems like it will definitely be what we are looking for. We did read reviews and they were favorable for this brand and model. We have not installed it yet since the outdoor kitchen isn’t ready for it yet. The box came damaged and the frame is bent. That was a not something we expected from a grill that cost this much.. Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out.
