Love the way it turned out. It’s definitely a two person job. It was fairly simple assembly until you get to the roofing part. Putting on the metal roof was a challenge, but workable with two people- one on a ladder. The holes lined up exactly with all pieces, but a few times we had to maneuver them and adjust to line things up. We did line up all of the roofing pieces on the ground before beginning as shown in the instructions. Highly suggest that. After assembly, it didn’t not feel as sturdy as we wanted, so we mounted ours to 4 x 4’s and staked those into the ground with rebar. Feels sturdy now. We are very pleased with it.. Kellye. Had my father-in-law and uncle-in-law put this together after Easter, didn’t take the guys long and the door line up and nothing is arrived damaged or bent so it looks great, the mesa series looks very nice and I think is a step up from our last grill we had thats doors didn’t line up tehehe.. My only two critiques: (1) It took me 4-hours to assemble, mainly due to all the wrapped-up individual parts, perhaps they could do some amount of assembly at the factory?
