Solid upgrade from my pro22, assembly was straight forward. The “break-in” process was simple. I really enjoy the wifi( I didn’t have this before) the hooks to hang the grates for cleaning. The drip tray design ten times better than my previous traeger. Only complaint but something I can live with is that I notice the meat temp probe is 4 degrees lower from my battery operated meat probe. Again not a deal breaker.. James Brzezinski. Tennessee. Overall, product is great! Love the design of the grill, however the quality can use improvement. This is the sole reason why we are giving 4 Stars. The product is super sensitive, immediately after opening product, had a few pieces shuffle around and right after big scratches were made on the product. Also, on the very first try of burning wood, the paint started to peel off on the right side part of the grill where we apply wood. They can definitely work on making these grill more durable.. Jose. My only two critiques: (1) It took me 4-hours to assemble, mainly due to all the wrapped-up individual parts, perhaps they could do some amount of assembly at the factory? The grill came quickly after ordering and was well packed. It came in two boxes. There was no damage and all items were there. Assembly was pretty easy and instructions were easy enough to follow. It did take some time(1 person) to put together. There are a good amount of parts as to be expected. I love the ample cook space and the 6 burners are a nice touch. My other had 4 so this is a great update. I really enjoy having the side burner. It’s great to keep that basting sauce warm. It can hold a massive amount of food. I forgot to take a picture of us cooking on it. However, it cooked our steak perfectly. It is a great grill! I am so glad I got it. I can only upload 3 pics.
