This chair is perfect for me. I am very pleased with the process! Delivery was very smooth, and customer service was excellent. Previously, I ordered 2 identical chairs. Local store was charging $150.00 for delivery. Plus, Wayfair gave a discount to cover the cost of pickup, package and delivery for the returned chair.
