The memory foam has a nice medium firmness that provides good support for my neck without feeling too hard. It contours well and keeps its shape throughout the night, so I don’t have to keep adjusting it. The pillow feels comfortable whether I’m sleeping on my back or side, and I’ve noticed less neck stiffness in the morning. The cover is soft and easy to remove for washing, which is a nice box.
