I have had three spine surgeries cervical. I have all kinds of metal in my neck from the surgeries and I have tried 20 some pillows in about 10 years and I still have two of them and they were wore out completely. We been using this as a body pillow and it’s been great for naps. The top part acts as a pillow for the head so it’s like a 2 in 1.
