I ordered the kingsize pillows and I would say that they're only medium, rather firm as advertised. Packaging can be improved - they come in tightly packed rolls for ease of shipment. However, be very careful when opening the box because there's no protecting cover. I actually slashed through the pillow with my scissors. Wayfair was kind enough to provide replacement. The pillows themselves also do not have an outer encasement, so you need to buy pillow protectors for sure. Overall still good pillows, but packaging can be improved.. Cecilia. ON. Thu Dec 25 2025
