[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG washer is quite beautiful. Love the full glass top. It is soft close. One of the best features for me, so far, is the automatic detergent dispenser. There is also an automatic fabric softener dispenser, but you have the option to set that as a second detergent dispenser. This is a great option for us as we typically don't use a liquid fabric softener, but we do switch back and forth between two different detergents. The automatic dispensers are a game changer as we have teenagers that tend to use too much detergent. Huge capacity! Even though it is large capacity, I do not have an issue with reaching items in the bottom of the tub as I did with our last washer. That is a huge plus for me! There are a lot of preset cycles to choose from, or you can create your own through the settings menu. The cycle you set shows the time to complete and I find that it has been pretty accurate. The AI cycle is new to me, but a neat concept that I am exploring. The spin cycle did a great job on the towels, which cuts down on drying time. Little to no vibration during the spin cycle. Pretty Impressed! Using the LG ThinQ app, you can do even more customizations. A couple of fun ones are you can change the startup greeting screen (ours is currently a snowman) and tune that plays when a cycle is finished. You can also get an alert on your phone or watch through the app when the cycle is finished. The built-in faucet is perfect for treating stains or a quick rinse if you don't have a sink in your laundry room. Overall, we have been happy with this purchase. The locksmith came to install the lock and we discovered that two of the four batteries that came with the unit were dead. I called Wayfair's great customer service folks, who are sending out four fresh batteries. Normally this would not be an issue but I have never seen these batteries before. They are CR 123A 3V lithium batteries. In researching these, the internet says the batteries should have a 10-year shelf life, I don't know why they would be dead. The lock seems sturdy and very well made. I have three other keypad locks that take AA batteries and I am constantly replacing them. When I get power on the lock I will update my review.. Brenda. I have to iron every pair of pants that comes out of there (even dry fit comes out wrinkled) and if I didn't refuse to iron T-shirts, those would need be ironed as well. The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower. Works well and have enjoyed using it! Build is solid and sturdy with limited plastic in contact with milk. The magnet design is smart, but cleaning the interior without getting everything wet is difficult. The “max fill” line is hard to see, so I overflowed the milk the first time however, there is a hole in the base that prevented damage to the heating element on the base.
