This frame seems extremely sturdy. It took me about two hours to unboxed and put together both chairs. The instructions could be better, and I did use my own tool when attaching the chair to the swivel base. I had my 16 yr old son assemble this table without any assistance. This was his first project. He got it assembled! Parts were loose. The table was fairly easy to put together, and overall sturdy and stable. There are minor imperfections, but nothing awful. It is what I would expect at this price point. I like that there is additional bracing since some tables don't have that and they get saggy in the middle. And I like that the bracing gives knee room and allows for arms on chairs to slide under..
