Thus is about my 4th time ordering from Wayfair. I must say I'm always impressed how they package and ship. Everything is always secured and packed very well. It took me longer to take all the bubble wrap and cardboard off each piece than it did to build all 4 chairs. The directions and parts description make it very easy to assemble. Customer service was responsive, but stated that the tabletop was on back order & at this time couldn’t be replaced, hence the 4 star.
