I really like the placement of the burners and the additional griddle and wok ring. What I want to do now is get a replacement tri-ring burner. The brass rings are just not easy to clean, but if that is the worst thing I could say about this cooktop, then you did an outstanding job! Thank you so very much. This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools. The workmanship on the unit is solid and my only criticism is that there is only 1 set of swivel casters (2 would make it easier to maneuver on my deck).. Al310. Guelph. Tue Apr 05 2022
