This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. Pros It flushes on its own which is super convenient The heated seat is amazing especially in the colder months The bidet feature is a game changer Warm water makes it feel comfortable and not shocking at all Cons The mounting brackets were too big for the hole on the bottom of our toilet. My husband had to modify them to make everything fit properly. Overall Once installed it works great and feels like a huge upgrade to our bathroom. This is a review for the BB-1200L (I forgot to write a review) and the BB-Slim 3 models. I usually don't do reviews, but I was so impressed with the 1200L, inside of one month, I bought the second one. I no longer feel "clean" when I go to the restroom and have to rely on paper alone.
