The length and depth of this work bench is perfect. The adjustable height works well, however you do have to turn it over the change the length of the legs. I did notice it was a little less stable at the tallest setting, so we did lower it a bit and that seemed to help. My only problem with the table is the joint in v the center. This is a very nice folding table. It is super easy to open and pop it in place and it truly is a heavy duty table. It is very sturdy.
