These are excellent door knobs. Our builder installed Kwikset knobs throughout our home on interior doors and on the exterior doors with Smartkey. When one exterior entry knob failed after a couple of years, Kwikset immediately sent out a replacement. I followed the enclosed instructions and the knob functions perfectly. With the Smartkey function I was able to easily rekey the knob to match my old key. No need to call a locksmith. Didn't even have to bother my husband to replace it! Love these things! We were looking for a toilet that was taller than our present toilet. Our home is older home and has 14 inch rough-in. So it was hard to find what we wanted. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
