Great value for the price. I installed it on my Sorara Mirador Pergola, and it worked well. I’d need is raising the underside height from 89” to 94”. Some of the louvers arrived with minor factory paint scratches. I reached out to Mirador for touch-up paint, but they don’t offer any. One year ago I bought a cheaper pergola from another company; it had the nylon roof you pull back with a cord, no side screens available. The roof was flimsy and noisy whenever there was a breeze, and if you forgot to close it tight before a rain, the weight of the water was going to tear it . It actually wasn’t 10x10 as advertised, maybe 9x9, and the sun came under the east & west sides, no you were seldom shielded from the sun. So I tried Wayfair after noticing my neighbor’s, got the same one only I ordered the pulldown screens for 2 sides. It also has a louvered metal roof ( huge improvement), we love it! I’m very pleased with this purchase as was my final big purchase and project in my garden renovation. The build was fairly straightforward and took about 7 hours to complete with 2 teens and myself. The only issue we encountered was that several pre drilled holes for the top lattices were a bit off center. However we were able to correct.
