I love these two power lift recliners. They were assembled & installed perfectly. However one of the remotes was damaged in shipping( photo attached). Easy order. Delivery guys were so awesome. But here’s my problem so far (I just got this today). When I was looking at purchasing, a lot of people had on their reviews that the access access panel was difficult to get to. Believe it. You have 4. 3-inch screws. Set deep into the corners of the access panel. They are so hard to get in and out I had noticed even on My spa The assembly people put one in crooked and then just screwed a new one on top of it. Aqua rest really needs to rethink that access panel and make it much easier to access. As far as spa is concerned it is very pretty ! mines at a 110 but I do notice that the Jets are nice but not strong enough for a deep tissue massage. You may want to think about that if you’re looking for strong jets Also, I had ordered the Keystone color which online looks a little bit brown and when I got my steps first, they looked gray. Ordered this recliner hoping that it would be long enough for my son. My son is 6’9 and about 220lbs. He has constant back pain and works long nights, so I thought this was the perfect gift to help him out. When it came there were holes in the boxes, but thankfully the chair was not damaged. It went together pretty easily, and seems to be sturdy enough to last for a good while. The pillow was flat when it was pulled out of the box but fluffed up a bit after it sat out for a while. Everything works great on it, but the lift on the chair was not happy with his weight LOL! So, maybe he will only use it when absolutely necessary. He is on the top floor of an apartment, so the massage does vibrate the floor, but he LOVES it. The heat also works very good and will be much appreciated in the winter months after working all night out in the cold. It does come with anti-tip attachments, however we chose not to put them on. He can recline 98% of the way without them and that works well enough for him His last one barely even went down at all. As far as the length goes, he does hang off the end a few inches, but he is pretty used to that. For the price, you can’t beat this recliner.
