I've had this flooring in my home for a few years now. Decided to finish out one last room and realized we short. Ordered two more boxes from Wayfair. They came fast and worked great. This floor is forgiving for most things. It can scratch if you move furniture around carelessly but I haven't had too many issues other than dropping something sharp (a vent cover) on it. The side burner runs very hot even at the lowest temperature which is a bit annoying as you have to get something to raise it so it isn’t so close to the flame if you don’t want to burn whatever you have on there.. We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools.
