Took about 2.5 hrs to set up. Directions were easy to follow. Wish the holes were all predrilled. I was missing the 4 screws for the nesting box roof so had to purchase those from the local hardware store. The chicken wire seems a tad flimsy but for where it is going we werent too worried.
