I really can not give true stars just yet as I’m still waiting on the 3rd piece, hopefully with the pillows. Ordered on March 11th and 2 pieces delivered May 20th. Keep that in mind when ordering. After drop off we noticed dark “hand/finger stains” on one piece. Also there was a sticky label on cushion that left a sticky stain. Not sure how to clean either off. When hooking the eye down from the cushion to the couch the metal left a dark mark on the cushion strap so make sure you clean the metal pieces! And the metal piece for tie down with left bottom cushion came totally out of the material. When shipment was delivered there is cardboard on bottom only but 95% is covered in a think plastic leaving most of the couch to being potentially damaged. Shipment from the Carolina’s to Louisiana with several stops and transfers should have warranted better shipping protection, in my opinion, especially for such an expensive piece. These are beautiful chairs but very large. Make sure your room is big enough to accommodate them. They are very comfortable as well. This chair is beautiful and the quality is excellent, besides the seat being very firm. I am 5'5" and when seated, my back is not supported. There is about a 3" gap. Okay. I ordered this chair in July, 2021 and was told it would be 8-10 weeks. After 3 months I tried to cancel the order, as they kept pushing the delivery date back, but was told that it was a special order and couldn't be canceled. I waited awhile few weeks to write this review. First I loved the look of the navy blue chairs. They were very well packaged. Nothing damaged. Assembly was a breeze. The back cushion is oh so plump and lets you sink in a little bit. Not too much. Perfect amount. The seat cushion is not as plush. I’m hoping it gets a bit less firm over time. It’s by no means hard. You sink in, but I wish it felt more like the back cushion. That would have been so much better. The cushions are zippered so I may add more filling later. The fabric is great, feels like it will last awhile. It’s not thin, it’s thick. Like a denim feel. As you can see the back of the chair is angled, it’s like a permanent reclining position with very deep seating. And that’s why I ordered it. But it’s not the best sitting position unless you have an ottoman. I’m trying to find the ottoman that they used to sell with this chair, but until then I’m adding a pillow behind my head to support my neck and keep it more upright. Otherwise it’s just not as comfortable as I feel it should be. It will be better after I add the ottoman. Overall it’s a great sturdy chair.
