This is actually a really nice set of chairs. The seat cushions a nice and firm. The back cushions are a little soft, but they are still nice. The cushions come vacuum packed and take up to 24 hours to fully decompress. The wicker material is pretty good and solid. It seems like will hold up well outside. The assembly was simple for the most part. It took about an hour for one person to assemble them. The tools are decent, but I’d recommend using a 13mm socket for the nuts that hold the chair legs. It’s a lot easier to use than the included wrench. The included Allen key is fine. Once assembled there is are two clips that hold the chairs together underneath. They work well and the chairs do not pull apart with people sitting on them. There’s plenty of room for 2 adults to site comfortably. The delivery was fast. In fact a day early. The sofa came in parts but was well packed and protected. Set up took a few hours but am very pleased with the outcome. The sofa is very sturdy and the color perfect. The faux wicker frame is hard plastic but will never unravel like wicker. The cushion covers have zippers for washing and cushions are extra firm. Just received this pair of chairs a few days ago. Shipping was fast and they were packaged well. Assembly was easy - I did it solo. Took a little less than an hour. They seem well made and sturdy. I am very happy with the thickness and support of the seat cushion. I was a bit surprised by how thin the back rest cushion is.
