I had purchased this same rug in a larger 9x12size from a rug store and needed two different sizes of the same rug for my large living room. I like this rug because it’s modern yet has traditional quality. It is wool with bamboo silk so ithe design is raised 2 dimensional & shiny. The background is woven nicely with no shedding and is a putty/ taupe color & the sculpted portion is more beige. I have grandkids so I needed a color that is light yet forgiving.
