During installation, we noticed a small dent at the bottom, but when I contacted Wayfair’s customer service, the representative offered 20 credit instead of requiring a return—absolutely amazing service. The unit came 99 pre-assembled all we needed to do was install the 2 foot brackets with two screws and follow the instructions to complete the pergola setup. We’re very impressed with both the quality and the functionality—being able to adjust the louvers separately at the top and bottom, with a full 180° open and close, is a fantastic feature. The item was initially backordered and I was worried I would not receive it at all because when I ordered it the price was so low. However, it finally ship. When it arrived one of the boxes was damaged and one of the posts in that box had a dent in it. Another box had a hole in it and some of the screws needed must have fell out. I reached out to the vendor through Wayfair. At first, they wanted to give me a credit which would do me no good. It looks like it will be a couple of weeks to receive the parts. Will update the review if I can once I have it all put together. It is finally finished and looks great. It took awhile to get the damaged/missing parts but the vendor did come through. It is nice to be able to use the controls to open and close the roof. It would be nice to be able to do the same for the side screens. Sadly, you can only use the controls to open and close them.. I ordered two of these and placed them sideways so that I could have a 16 wide and 24 feet long covered area. It definitely took four people about four hours to put up the first one but second one went a lot smoother after figuring out all the louvers. I’ve had it up for about a month so far with some pretty strong winds and so far so good. We did have a decent rain and it kept everything dry when I closed the louvers but then we had a torrential rain and it was just way too much for the small areas to hold so it definitely leaked in a few spots. A great price on a 10x13 louvre gazebo. Rain runs off in gutters as described. Blocks the sun well. Louvre top does not operate separate on right and left side as described- no design feature to allow for that . Still very pleased with appearance and performance. I LOVE it! It looks amazing assembled. It really transformed my space. It feels very sturdy, weighs just under 300lbs. I like the louver option, works great. We are going to just leave them open and let the bougainvillea and grape vines grow over it. Assembly is very straightforward, nothing tricky. I put it together by myself- I would recommend getting some help. I did need help when I put up the first cross beam just to make sure I didn’t knock over the other side, besides that, it’s doable it took a couple of hours with a drill.
