Overall, very satisfied with the finished product. Took two people to put it together in about two days. I strongly recommend that you read the instructions a few times and watch the installation video to be sure you don't make any mistakes. We installed the end caps on the louvers incorrectly and had to take them apart and reassemble them correctly. I would have given this product 5 stars, but one of the 32 louvers was damaged. Why 2 stars My experience with Wayfair and Angi’s installation service which I paid 379 is the reason for my low rating. One contractor was a no-show. The other contractor couldnt do the job alone. Yet Angi penalized the guy who showed up. We got that rectified. But I asked to cancel the install and refund my fee especially after what happened and when I found out that the installers are only paid a 94.50 flat rate, FOR THE WHOLE JOB! Instead of cancelling the install it was marked as completed and they asked me to review the guy who was a no-show. Supposedly I may get a refund considering that the service was not performed and I had to do it myself anyway but Angi and Wayfair and pointing the finger at each other. During the day, you can close the louvers to enjoy sun shade; In the evening you can also use the strips light while you relax in your favorite chair! If the weather changes and it starts to rain simply close the louver shut and continue to enjoy your outdoor living area with friends and family.
