The product seems to be of good quality. However they need to review their packaging and delivery as the first one I ordered was all busted and scratched. I found 10 major issues with the product. See pictures Customer service was really excellent however. It is the only reason I give them stars. Within 2 days they had answered my claim and sent me another tool box. Unfortunately it also arrived scratched. Much less however (last 3 pictures). Still, it’s the second item that is dinged and scratched. It is usable but not as good as new. Very unfortunate.. Marc. The cabinet arrived well packaged. The instructions and illustrations were clear except for the back panel of each drawer. The cabinet is made of galvanized metal so it is heavy and strong.
