This light is beautiful and we love it, however, the hardware doesn't make any sense. There is a hollow screw that the light must be strung through in order to connect to the ceiling wires. There is no backup 'hard wire' to keep this from unscrewing itself and falling. This is a good looking light fixture. It was larger than I imagined, but it looks great above my dining table. It was a little tricky to install as the wires were housed together in a thicker sheathing, so I needed to cut that to strip it and the individual sheathing was VERY thin so it was difficult to not cut through them.
